Step-by-Step Guide
Allow Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. On newer Android versions (8+), you can grant permission per-app when installing. This is only needed if you install via APK outside the Play Store.
Download IPTV Smarters Pro
Open the Google Play Store and search for "IPTV Smarters Pro". Install the free version — you won't need a paid subscription inside the app, as Multystreams provides its own streams.
Open IPTV Smarters & Add Playlist
Launch the app and tap "Add User". On the next screen, select "Load your playlist or file/URL". Enter any display name (e.g., "Multystreams") in the username field.
Enter Your M3U Playlist URL
Paste the M3U URL that was sent to you on WhatsApp after your purchase. If you used Xtream Codes, enter the portal URL, username, and password instead. Tap Add User to connect.
Start Watching!
Browse Live TV, Movies, or Series from the main menu. Use the search bar to find specific channels. For best performance, connect your device to Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.
Performance Tips

Use 5GHz Wi-Fi
Connect to your router's 5GHz band for less interference and faster speeds. Avoid public Wi-Fi for HD streams.

Clear Cache Regularly
Go to Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters → Clear Cache to fix buffering issues and improve load times.

Close Background Apps
Free up RAM before streaming by closing all other apps running in the background on your device.

Lower Resolution if Buffering
In IPTV Smarters settings, switch from HD to SD stream option if you experience buffering on a slower connection.
Troubleshooting
The playlist won't load — "Authentication Error"
Double-check the M3U URL for typos. Make sure you're copying the full URL with no extra spaces. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp to check your subscription status.
App crashes on startup
Uninstall the app completely, restart your device, then reinstall from the Play Store. Make sure your Android version is 5.0 or higher.
Videos buffer or freeze constantly
Run a speed test — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Connect to Wi-Fi if on mobile data. Also try closing other apps consuming bandwidth.
