Getting Started

What is Multystreams and what does it offer? +

Multystreams is a premium IPTV service that gives you access to 40,000+ live TV channels and 80,000+ on-demand titles. You get sports (Premier League, Champions League, World Cup 2026, NBA, NFL, UFC), UK channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, TNT), international coverage, news, entertainment, and movies — all in one subscription, streamed directly to your device in up to 4K quality.

How do I get started? +

Getting started takes less than 10 minutes: (1) Choose your plan and message us on WhatsApp. (2) We send your login credentials within minutes. (3) Download any IPTV player app on your device (we recommend TiviMate for Android/Fire Stick or GSE Smart IPTV for iPhone). (4) Enter your credentials and start watching. Visit our setup guides for step-by-step instructions for every device.

Is there a trial I can try before committing? +

Yes — we offer a 24-hour full-access trial for just £1.99. You get access to all 40,000+ channels including sports, World Cup feeds, UK channels, and more. This lets you test the stream quality on your exact device and internet connection before choosing a plan. Message us on WhatsApp to get started immediately.

What internet speed do I need? +

We recommend: SD channels (720p) — 5 Mbps minimum. HD channels (1080p) — 15 Mbps. 4K channels — 25 Mbps. For multiple simultaneous streams, multiply the speeds above. Most standard UK broadband connections (50–100 Mbps) handle our service without any issues.

What is IPTV and how is it different from regular TV? +

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV channels over the internet rather than via satellite or cable. Instead of a dish or cable box, you use your existing internet connection and a compatible device (Smart TV, phone, Fire Stick, etc.). This gives you more channels, better flexibility, and significantly lower cost compared to traditional cable or satellite subscriptions like Sky.

Technical & Setup

What devices can I use? +

Multystreams works on virtually every device: Amazon Fire TV Stick (all models), Android TV boxes, Samsung Smart TV (2016+), LG Smart TV (webOS), Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad (iOS 12+), Windows PC, Mac, and Kodi. You can use up to 2–5 connections simultaneously depending on your plan. Visit our setup guides for device-specific instructions.

What IPTV player app should I use? +

We recommend different apps depending on your device:

Fire TV Stick / Android TV: TiviMate (best overall), IPTV Smarters Pro
iPhone / iPad: GSE Smart IPTV, IPTV Smarters
Samsung Smart TV: SS IPTV (available in Samsung App Store)
Windows / Mac: VLC Media Player (free)
Kodi: PVR IPTV Simple Client addon

We send setup instructions with your credentials when you subscribe.

Why is my stream buffering or freezing? +

Buffering is almost always caused by internet speed or connection type. Try these fixes: (1) Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. (2) Restart your router. (3) Switch from 4K stream to HD version of the same channel. (4) Close other bandwidth-heavy apps. (5) Clear your IPTV app cache. If buffering persists after these steps, message us on WhatsApp and we'll troubleshoot further.

How many devices can I watch on at the same time? +

The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan:
Starter: 2 connections
World Cup Bundle: 4 connections
Annual: 5 connections

You can install the app on as many devices as you want — the limit only applies to concurrent streams.

Do I need a VPN? +

A VPN is not required for Multystreams. Our service works without one across the UK, Europe, North America, and most other regions. Some users choose to use a VPN for privacy reasons — this is fine as long as the VPN doesn't significantly reduce your internet speed. If you're travelling outside the UK, a VPN may help maintain access to UK channels.

⚽ World Cup 2026

Does Multystreams cover all World Cup 2026 matches? +

Yes — all 104 matches across every round including the final are covered. The 2026 World Cup features 48 teams for the first time (expanded from 32), hosted across USA, Canada, and Mexico. It runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Every match is available across multiple broadcaster feeds so you can choose your preferred commentary language.

Which channels broadcast the World Cup? +

Multystreams includes all World Cup 2026 broadcaster feeds: BBC One/Two (UK, free), ITV1/ITV4 (UK, free), Fox Sports (USA, English), Telemundo (USA, Spanish), TSN (Canada), beIN Sports (MENA), TF1/M6 (France), ARD/ZDF (Germany), RTVE (Spain), Canal+ (France), Abu Dhabi Sports, and many more. You can switch between feeds for different commentary languages.

Will the stream be in 4K for World Cup matches? +

Yes. Select World Cup matches will be available in 4K UHD. The BBC and ITV have confirmed 4K broadcast capability for major matches. All matches are guaranteed in Full HD (1080p) as a minimum. For 4K, you'll need a 4K TV and at least 25 Mbps internet speed.

Can I watch the World Cup if I'm based in Europe or North America? +

Absolutely. Multystreams works in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and 187+ countries. If you're in Europe, you'll get local language feeds (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) plus English commentary. If you're in North America, you get Fox Sports, Telemundo, and TSN feeds.

Legal & Safety

Is IPTV legal? +

IPTV technology itself is completely legal — it's simply a method of delivering TV over the internet (like Netflix or BBC iPlayer). The legality depends on the content being accessed. Users are responsible for ensuring they are watching content they are legally entitled to in their jurisdiction. UK residents must also hold a valid TV Licence to watch live broadcasts. For more detail, see our Terms of Service.

Do I need a TV licence in the UK? +

Yes. In the UK, a TV Licence (currently £169.50/year) is legally required to watch any live television programming, regardless of the method used — including IPTV. This applies to BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and any other live channel. The TV Licence is separate from your Multystreams subscription and is obtained from TV Licensing (tvlicensing.co.uk).

Is my personal data safe? +

Yes. We take data protection seriously. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (email, payment confirmation). We do not sell your data to third parties. Our service complies with GDPR. See our full Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it's used.

Is Multystreams affiliated with Sky, BBC, ITV, or any other broadcaster? +

No. Multystreams is an independent IPTV service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Sky, BBC, ITV, TNT Sports, beIN Sports, FIFA, or any other broadcaster or rights holder mentioned on this website. Channel and content availability may vary by region.
