1. Trial Subscription
We strongly recommend using our 24-hour trial for £1.99 before purchasing a full subscription. This gives you the opportunity to test:
- Stream quality on your specific internet connection
- Compatibility with your devices
- The full channel selection
- Our customer support response time
The £1.99 trial fee is non-refundable once the trial has been activated and access has been provided.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds on paid subscriptions may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service is completely non-functional: If you cannot access the service at all and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period
- Technical error: If a billing error occurred on our end
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after activating the subscription
- You purchased a full plan without using the trial first
- Buffering or quality issues caused by your own internet connection speed
- Incompatibility with a specific app or device not listed in our supported setup guides
- Individual channels being temporarily unavailable (all IPTV services experience occasional channel outages)
- You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in account termination
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — chargebacks result in immediate permanent ban
