Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Multystreams IPTV service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Multystreams provides an internet-based IPTV streaming service that delivers access to television channels and on-demand content ("the Service"). The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to and use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as shown on our pricing page
  • Payment must be received before access is granted
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of your account

4. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, private use. You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Access the Service only on devices you own or control
  • Keep your credentials (M3U URL, username, password) confidential
  • Not share your subscription with persons outside your household without prior written consent

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the Service
  • Share your credentials publicly or with third parties outside your household
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute, display, or stream content in a public venue
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, and channel offerings may change without notice.

7. Acceptable Use and Content

The Service is for entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not control the content of channels available through third-party broadcasters.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your payment fails or is reversed
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
  • We are required to do so by law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multystreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
